Privacy notice
How Loft Links handles the information you give us when you book.
Who is responsible
Loft Links, Telliskivi Creative City, Tallinn, Estonia. For anything to do with your data, write to birdie@loftlinks.golf.
What we hold
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The booking itself — what you booked, when, for how many people, and what it cost.
- Payment status and the reference given to us by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- If you used a gift voucher, its code and the amount spent.
Why we hold it
For the sole purpose of providing the service you booked: reserving your slot, sending your confirmation and door key, letting you change or cancel the booking, taking payment and issuing refunds, and keeping the accounting records we are legally required to keep. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run the booking: Google (Sheets and Calendar, where bookings are recorded), our email provider (to send your confirmation), and our payment provider (to take payment and process refunds). Each handles the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while they are needed for the service and for as long as accounting law requires us to retain them. Gift vouchers are kept until they are spent or expire, which is 365 days from purchase. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) if you think we have handled your data wrongly.
This notice describes our actual practice and is written to be understood rather than to be exhaustive. It is not legal advice — if you need a notice that has been reviewed against Estonian and EU law, have a lawyer check it before you rely on it.
